Most coaching works at the level of goals, strategies, and accountability. Those things matter. But if the patterns driving your behavior are never addressed, the strategies tend to fall apart in practice. You set the intention, do the work for a while, and eventually drift back to where you started.
Mindset coaching, as practiced here, starts one layer deeper. Before we build strategies, we look at what is actually running underneath them: the beliefs, the stories, the conditioned responses that have been shaping your decisions long before you sat down to make a plan.
Every session is client-led. You bring what is present, what is on your mind, what is not moving, what keeps coming up. From there we work together to identify the pattern underneath the presenting situation, understand what is driving it, and start building a different response.
Some sessions are conversational and reflective. Some involve hypnotherapy to access the subconscious layer directly. Some use Human Design as a lens to understand why a particular pattern keeps showing up. The direction follows what you actually need, not a predetermined agenda.
This is not motivational coaching. There are no hype scripts, no accountability check-ins designed to make you feel bad for not following through, and no promises of quick transformation. Real change takes time, consistency, and a willingness to look at what is actually happening beneath the behavior.
